1. SHIPPING/Pick up
We offer Fedex overnight shipping (Fedex 2nd day available
only during summer months). Since we offer the lowest possible
pricing on our animals we can't “hide” the extremely high Fedex
cost in our animals pricing like other retailers do. We will ship the
order to your nearest Fedex HUB – please provide a HUB at checkout.
If no HUB was provided, the box will be shipped to the nearest HUB
based on your billing address. We offer also self pickup at our zoo.

2. SHIPMENT DAYS
Our current available shipping days are Tuesday, Wednesday WEATHER PERMITTING (this might change in summer months).
We do not ship past these days for the safety of the animal and to avoid any possible late week delays.

3. LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (LAG)
We offer live arrival guarantee only for FEDEX OVERNIGHT HUB deliveries
(this might change in summer months)! In order to report a DOA you need to contact us via email sales@tarantulaoutlet.com within 1h after you have picked up your box (tracking info based) and send us one of the following:
-PREFERRED WAY IS TO MAKE A VIDEO WHILE UNBOXING YOUR ORDER showing the DOA animal at the end
-send us pictures of the DOA animal next to the box + inside the vials or on a white paper always with a pin through their abdomen
We will contact you and offer a replacement animal (you need to pay for the new shipping label) or a refund or store credit – depending on availability.

WE DON'T REFUND THE SHIPPING COST FOR ANY REASON!

4. SEX OF SOLD ANIMALS
We 100% guarantee that animals sold as females or males were sexed based on their molt.

5. Returns or Refunds
We don't offer returns or refunds of live animals for any other reason than LAG. All sales are final.

6. Lowest price guarantee
We offer a price match guarantee. If you believe another vendor offers the same spider at a lower price, you can contact us via email with a link to the listing and we will match the lowest price. This guarantee applies only to prices posted by other official vendors with a retail license.

7. Other terms
You need to be 18 years old in order to purchase venomous animals ( have your parents permission If you are younger ) 
-Please know your local state laws before placing an order – this is your responsibility!
-Our minimum order value is $50 before shipping
-All animals are captive bred
